Come and learn about Petvet Care Centers Mentorship Program, RISE!
The RISE Mentorship Program is a year-long, immersive experience designed to support new veterinary graduates as they transition into clinical practice. By pairing new graduates with experienced mentors, RISE provides hands-on learning, real-time case management, and professional development. Participants also join a nationwide cohort of peers, building a supportive network that extends well beyond the program.
Dual Mentorship Model:
• On-site mentorship from a “home hospital” mentor
• Centralized guidance from the national mentorship team
• Candidates interested in General Practice (GP), Emergency (ER), or Mixed Animal Practices (depending on location availability)
Competitive Compensation Package:
• Mentorship Program Salary: Reflects Associate DVM budget for the center
• Associate Salary: Based on center budget for the duration of the contract
• Student Loan Bonus: $15,000 (paid in advance before starting)
• Relocation Stipend: $10,000
• Sign-On Bonus: Dependent on center urgency

• PTO reflecting the center’s standard (with additional PTO for CE events)
• Continuing Education: R.A.C.E. approved $2,500 allowance + CE PTO hours
